About Madilynn

I’m Madi Sepp, Business Development Manager at Nelson Connects, a locally rooted staffing firm connecting great companies with exceptional talent across Marin County and Petaluma.

Before moving into business development, I spent time as a Recruiting Manager at Nelson Connects — which means I understand the search process from the inside out. When you work with me, you’re getting a partner who knows what it takes to find the right fit, not just on paper, but in practice.

At Nelson Connects, we specialize in placing business professionals, administrative talent, and operations leaders with companies that are ready to grow. Whether you’re filling one key role or building out a team, we move quickly and take the time to get it right.

Let’s connect — I’m always happy to talk talent strategy, share a Salary Guide, or simply get to know your business better. Book time with me here.
