Founded in 2012 and based in Novato, Northbay Business Connections is a warm-referral networking group dedicated to helping Marin County business owners and professionals grow their practices through trusted relationships.
We are proud members of the Novato Chamber of Commerce. Our group is built on the principles of know, like, and trust. When a member makes a referral, we do so with confidence, knowing our contact will be treated well.

To provide the forum and structure for a diversified group of business people to enhance their marketing efforts and achieve higher sales through the growth and maintenance of professional relationships.
How We Work
Unlike cold-lead services or impersonal networking events, we invest time in getting to know each other. Before any member refers a colleague, they’ve built genuine trust with that person.

How We Meet
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at noon at Sam’s Place Restaurant in Novato. Meetings include:
- Member introductions & 60-second spotlights
- Featured presentation (10 minutes)
- Structured referral passing
- Open networking over lunch
